This is a group exercise, focused more on yoga practices. Using ancient yoga sutra and yoga philosophy I can help you maintain a healthy life. The group classes are widely subscribed by clients who have a busy schedule, and would like to start/end the day with positive energy. Along with yogic practices, I use Mindfulness techniques to help you overcome pain, addiction or any trauma. Weekly Yoga practice (2 sessions) which includes yoga classes and some strength training. Monthly video conference with your coach. You can decide on a specific day/time (subject to availability) if there’s a minimum number 6 people joining in.
