The purpose of these methods is to get to know ourselves better. I help my clients to find out themselves and work accordingly. Once the person knows their dreams and aspirations better my work becomes easier.

I also believe in balancing our yin—the feminine energy with yang—the masculine energy. This harmonises our mind and reduces various stress inducing factors which limit nutritional growth in our body.
